When Monitored:
When a power opening or closing operation is not occurring.
Set Condition:
Anytime the Power Liftgate Module senses voltage input below 9.5 volts when a power opening or closing operation is not occurring, this code will set.

POSSIBLE CAUSES

LOW BATTERY VOLTAGE

CHARGING SYSTEM FAILURE

(A115) FUSED B(+) OR (Z125) GROUND CIRCUIT OPEN OR HIGH RESISTANCE

POWER LIFTGATE MODULE

1.CHECK ENGINE DTC's

NOTE: Ensure the battery is fully charged before proceeding.

Are there any BATTERY OR CHARGING SYSTEM DTC's?

No

Yes

2.TEST FOR INTERMITTENT CONDITION

Does the scan tool display B210D-BATTERY VOLTAGE LOW?

Yes

The conditions that caused this code to set are not present at this time. Using the wiring diagram/schematic as a guide, inspect the wiring and connectors.
Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1. (Refer to 8 - ELECTRICAL/ELECTRONIC CONTROL MODULES - STANDARD PROCEDURE)

3.CHECK THE (A115) FUSED B(+) AND THE (Z125) GROUND CIRCUITS FOR AN OPEN OR HIGH RESISTANCE

Does the test light illuminate brightly?

Yes

Replace the Power Liftgate Module in accordance with Service Information.
Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1. (Refer to 8 - ELECTRICAL/ELECTRONIC CONTROL MODULES - STANDARD PROCEDURE).

Repair the (A115) Fused B(+) or the (Z125) Ground circuit for an open or high resistance.
Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1. (Refer to 8 - ELECTRICAL/ELECTRONIC CONTROL MODULES - STANDARD PROCEDURE).
